Episode 9 - The Black Panther - Donald Neilson and Lesley Whittle

Donald Neilson alias the "Black Panther," was an English armed robber kidnapper and murderer. From 1971, he committed a series of robberies of sub-post offices; in 1974, Neilson killed three men during these robberies. In 1975, he kidnapped  Lesley Whittle, an heiress from Highly, Shropshire who died in his captivity. He was arrested later that year, convicted of four counts of murder, and sentenced to life imprisonment in July 1976. Neilson remained in prison until his death in 2011.

Episode 7 - The Temple Woods Murders - Carol Lannen and Elizabethe McCabe

The 2 murders we are covering today are some of Scotlands most notorious unsolved murders and led to one of its largest manhunts. Carol Lannen and Elizabeth McCabe were found a year apart in 1979/1980 in the same spot after going missing from the city of Dundee. They remained unsolved to this day.

Episode 3 - The Beaumont Children Disappearance

This case is every parents worst nightmare and one of Australia's longest missing persons case. On a hot summers day, even given Australia's weather, in January 1966 Jim and Nancy Beaumonts 3 children - 9 year old Jane, 7 year old Arnna and 4 year old Grant bordered a bus to nearby Glenlg Beach in Adelaide and disappeared off the face of the earth. To date it is the longest running missing persons case in Australia.
